To learn spanish, what's the best program to use?

I'm planning on living in the Dominican Republic by the end of this year, and need to learn as much spanish as I can.. I have Rosetta Stone, but is that the best program to use? What about "Learn Spanish Like Crazy"... or "Spanish Immersion?" There are so many out there.. UGH. Ayudame por favor.
