How do i clean a dirty 2 story house?

Okay my dad has a really dirty house,and it makes me sick.It's not my fault that my dad can't clean.He can't clean.Im only 12 and he has been dirty ever since i was a baby and my mom had cleaned everything for him,and my mom keeps calling my dad and say "Clean your dam house,I don't want my kids to go to Texas and seeing a dirty house." and she called my grandma to tell him that to . he has cat poop,dog poop,cat puke,dog puke,cat hair,dirty kitchen,dirty rooms, most of his carpet is missing because a hurricane Ike hit his house and water was everywhere, lots of dust,lots of spiders,Cockroaches,crickets,all the bugs you can find is at his house, and most of his carpet is missing how do i help him. Its not my house and im only 12 so what do i do
