How do i get a BAD teacher fired?

Okay, our teacher is really really bad. She is extremely unorganized, she has lost two of my papers that were worth a ton of credit and has given me and everyone in class at least one F. She doesn't except late work or extra credit so there is no way to bring it up. She doesn't actually teach us anything, just hands us a textbook and tells us to take notes. She also takes up to 45 minutes a day wasting class time, like telling her personal stories, playing mad libs were the kids are allowed to say things like d*** or c****, or talks about kid gossip and teacher gossip. She also talks about other teachers and how they teach the wrong way. She also gives us either kindergarten reading or college level reading and gets mad and takes of points if we don't understand it. She has also made several racist comments that have offended some of the black students. And by the way this is Spanish immersion, and she doesn't care if we speak english Please tell me what to do about her!
